Celebrating the life of Alford Eugene "Gene" Reynolds
Thank you for signing Alford Eugene "Gene" Reynolds's Guestbook
Hello Reynolds Family, I'm a neighbor living in the area.
Having heard of your most recent loss, I want to leave you a brief post. I too well know the grief of losing love ones, and that at times like these it is encouraging just to know that others are thinking about us. Something that has really helped me to cope with such losses,is the wonderful promise of Christ Jesus, recorded for our comfort at John 5: 28,29. I hope, that when you are feeling up to it, that you are going to look up these powerful Scriptures, in your copy of The Bible. Also, I hope that this brief note, finds The Family feeling as good as can be expected Today.
With Greatest Sympathy,Your Neighbor : P.D.Walker.

My deepest condolences to the Reynolds family:
Life indeed does take its turns. And when someone has been around for 78 years and falls asleep in death they have made beautiful memories to cherish. They will be missed. And, my heart aches for you. May you look forward to the Most High God of Comfort fulfilling His promises (Psalms 83:18 & 2Corinthians 1:3, 4).
Notice what He promises: Revelations 21:4 ( No more pain, tears, sorrow or death) and He even says where they are (Daniel 12:2), and the beautiful resurrection hope (John 5:28, 29) and where they will be ( Psalms 37:11) and how long (Psalms 37:29). I hope that these few Scriptures were of some comfort to you as they were to us when our precious daughter fell asleep in death and recently my beloved husband of 50 years fell asleep in death. I truly understand the deep pain of losing a loved one.
Please hold onto those precious promises yes, seeing our loved ones again in perfect health (Isaiah 33:24).
My deep deep heartfelt sympathy,
