Celebrating the life of Paul Wallace Smith
Thank you for signing Paul Wallace Smith's Guestbook
Hello Smith Family, I'm a neighbor living in the area.
Having heard of your most recent loss, I want to leave you a brief post. I too, well know the grief of losing love ones, and that at times like these, it is encouraging just to know that others are thinking about us. Something that has really helped me to cope with such losses, is the wonderful promise of Christ Jesus, recorded for our comfort at John 5 :28,29. I hope, that when you are feeling up to it, that you are going to look up these powerful Scriptures, in Your copy of The Bible. Also, I hope that this brief note, finds The Family feeling as good as can be expected Today.
With Greatest Sympathy, Your Neighbor : P.D.Walker.

Paul, you were my Dad's best golfing buddy. I guess the two of you will be busy in heaven planning those tee times and playing golf together. Your family was always very special to us. I grew up with your girls and had great summers at the Patricia at Myrtle Beach. My Mom and Maxine were good friends too. They had alot of the same interests. You will be missed. My deepest condolences to the Smith family,
May you find some comfort in the Gift that the Most High God has given us, yes His written word the Bible (Psalms 83:18 & 2Timothy 3:16).
I would like to share a few Scriptures that helped us to cope when our precious daughter died and recently my beloved husband of 50 years fell asleep in death: (Isaiah 25:8)swallow up death, (Isaiah 33:24)no more sickness, (John 5:28, 29)seeing loved ones again, (2Corinthians 1:3) yes God can comfort us, to deal with present situations. But, He also says where we can see our loved ones again at Psalms 37:11 and how long Psalms 37:29. I hope that these few Scriptures were of some comfort to you as they were to me.
My sincere sympathy,
