Words can’t express how grateful and wonderful the staff was here for my Father Earl Bhattan’s funeral. A special recognition for Mr. Lynnie. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. Everything we asked for he provided. They even let us bring instruments to play live music in the chapel. Thank you for your professionalism and hospitality. From the time we walked in and was greeted with Kindness I knew this place was top notch. And from the beginning process to the very end Mr. Lynnie was so kind and very professional. Everyone was so nice and anything and everything we wanted they granted us with no questions asked. They let us bring our own instruments and have live music for the service. The atmosphere was warming and I loved how they really cared for my family and my father who passed away. We just want to thank you all Lynnie, Barbara, Daryle, Ms. Margaret, and everyone else who made this so memorable for us. Donna and I want to express our gratitude to Ken Herring, Ben Chambers, and all the staff at Jernigan-Warren. Ken's kindness and attention to detail with the funeral of Donna's mother, Doris Brigman, helped make a sad time easier. And Ben went above and beyond his duties to help resolve a situation with the cemetary. Previously, Jernigan-Warren provided the funeral services for Donna's father and brother, and did an exceptional job. I would recommend Jernigan-Warren to any family who has lost a loved one.

Losing a loved one unexpectedly is devastating. That being said you want to do everything in your power to give them the best going home and celebration of life! From the day we called into Jernigan Warren (the day of my grandmother’s passing we were scrambling because the hospital said we needed a funeral home to sign off on) we knew this was the place! Margaret was so kind on the phone and reassured us she would help us every step of the way! My mom was determined to give her mother the best funeral and Jernigan Warren did just that! Every detail was perfect from start to finish! Everyone in this place was fantastic, so caring and kind! Margaret did a wonderful job of communicating with us to keep us updated on the arrangements and also gave recommendations that were very helpful when picking out all the details. I will forever be thankful for Margaret and the Jernigan Warren team for helping us give my grandma the best going away tribute we could have ever imagined!

On behalf of the entire Soto family, I want to thank your entire staff for the caring and professional manner in which you handled the services and burial for our mother, Maria Herminia Soto. It was a very difficult situation for us, and your distinguished staff really helped ease our sadness at the loss of our wonderful mother. Six years ago Mark expertly guided my husband and me, through the pre-planning process. Six years later, toward the end of my husband’s illness Mark explained what my options were (in six years, some of our decisions had changed), what I would have to do, what the funeral home would do, what paperwork would be needed, etc. I am so grateful for his professionalism, patience, kindness, and compassion. Upon leaving that day, I knew that we had made the right choice, when we chose Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home.
When my husband passed away, Brian and Jason were the two gentlemen who came to the hospital. They treated him with such dignity and were so kind to us.
Lynnie arranged the funeral and dealt with us with compassion, knowledge and patience. He took what I had written and made it into an obituary which reflected a life well lived. He took care of everything: notifying the Pastor for the service, the Social Security, the Army, getting the guard of honor for the service in the chapel, making an appointment at the Sandhills Veterans Cemetery, and much more. We were so touched by his compassion, discretion and helpfulness at the cemetery. We are so grateful to him.
The slide show was perfect and the Intro picture that Jason created was absolutely wonderful.
Everyone we dealt with at Jernigan-Warren, whether on the phone or in person, were wonderful, and at such a difficult time, their professionalism and compassion were a comfort and were so appreciated. "Thank you" does not begin to express the extent of our gratitude!

Following my husband’s death in May of last year, I spoke with three funeral directors in Fayetteville. In just one phone call, Trey Herring of Jernigan Warren Funeral Home showed a significantly higher standard of care and professionalism than any other. That standard would continue until my husband’s burial could be cleared, due to Covid, in a National Cemetery. Then suddenly this past month, when my mother unexpectedly passed, I had to call on Trey again. Just as with my husband’s visitation and graveside service, Trey and the staff at Jernigan Warren proved to be such a comfort, proving a beautiful final tribute to my mother. I think of them as family because they went above and beyond their responsibility to me as a client. Kindness and attention to detail is a given with these wonderful folks. Debbie DeCarlo, who did my mother’s hair and makeup, went above and beyond what I would have expected. After many years of illness, my mother would have been so proud to know how beautiful she would be once again. No amount of thanks will ever express my gratitude to those who work at Jernigan Warren Funeral Home. They simply are the best.

We used Jernigan-Warren for my Fathers funeral many years ago. My mother told me many times how much she appreciated them during his death. To my Mother, that is where she wanted to be. Because of her age, she had outlived most relatives and friends. Jernigan-Warren found an excellent Pastor to perform her service. Though he had never met my Mother, he listened to me talk about her, and he personalized the service. It was as though he had known her for years.
